1. Anemia

Anemia is the biggest risk associated with the deficiency of the mineral. This disease displays symptoms like fatigue, loss of energy, faintness, body weakness, headaches, and enhanced sensitivity to cold temperatures. It can also result in other health problems like low blood pressure, kidney failure, leukemia, muscle spasms, colon cancer, etc (12).
