Not only are these quick and easy to make but super-healthy as well! Now that’s a win-win both ways, isn’t it? These are a great way to start the day. Marinated skewers are vibrant and delicious, making them perfect for any kind of breakfast. These are so simple to make, that all you need are skewers and chunks of fresh fruits like bananas, strawberries, pineapples, apples, grapes, kiwis, or whatever other fruit you like.

For the marinade, mix grated ginger and lemon juice, then add maple syrup. Cover and coat the skewered fruit with the marinade at night to enjoy a fine breakfast in the morning. Leaving them in the fridge overnight allows the fruit to absorb the intense taste of the marinade.

2. Banana And Walnut Bread:

To make this banana and walnut bread, you will need a cup of walnuts, 3 chopped bananas and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add it all in a food processor and take it out once it has comes together like dough. Put the mixture in a bowl and add some raisins to it. Once that’s done, prepare little one inch thick bread slices with the dough, and leave them in a food dehydrator through the night.

The classic banana bread recipes are very different from this little wonder. And apart from its health aspect, it is also filling and fit to energize. It is a great way to fuel up in the mornings and can be eaten on the go as well.

3. Raw Oats Muesli:

Oats fight cholesterol and build a stronger immunity, so you’ll want to have a healthy serving of raw oats muesli in the morning. Prepare some flaked sprouted oats and add half a cup of them to a bowl, and then some milk (or nut milk – made from nuts), cinnamon, diced fruit and chopped nuts. Top it off with some maple syrup for sweetness. Stir it together and enjoy the delicious breakfast.

4. Banana And Chocolate Smoothie:

This is another quick fix that’s definitely healthy and filling, but tastes like dessert! Chop 3 bananas and pop them in a blender with a couple of tablespoons of cocoa powder and a cup of nut milk. Blend till creamy and smooth. To chill it, you could add ice or pop it in the freezer till you are ready for your power shake.

5. Raw Egg Protein Shake:

Raw eggs can give you salmonella, but not if you pick healthy alternatives. Blend one-third of a cup of yogurt, a quarter cup of fresh fruits, 1 egg (pasteurizing eggs will kill any bacteria in them and are much safer to use). Blend for about 15 – 20 seconds for a smooth shake. Drink it immediately, and if you don’t finish it right away, refrigerate it. Leaving it out will spoil it.

Eggs have loads of benefits as they are rich in Vitamin B12 that is required to break down carbohydrates and protein. The other vitamins and minerals in eggs help repair and protect body cells and distribute good amounts of calcium to keep the teeth and bones strong.

6. Breakfast Bites:

The estimated time to make this is less than 5 minutes! Simply slice bananas and cover them in butter (nut butter that is), sprinkle some finely chopped nuts and finally add raisins. You don’t even need a bowl, as you can eat them as you make them.

7. Cinnamon Rolls:

Cinnamon rolls, without the cooking, are a dream come true. You can indulge in gooey goodness without the guilt, because they lack processed sugars and fats. Cut thin slices of a banana and blend some raisins, dates and a hint of cinnamon. Coat the banana slices with the blend. You can then dehydrate them or eat them as they are with more cinnamon and some icing.

8. Fruit Tacos:
